I use this for my Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Kenpo Karate classes, works great! Also amazing for competition, the bag had enough space to store everything from protein bars, and competition gear, to the clothes I was going to wear the rest of the day... Great product, just needs a few more pockets, only has one pocket on the side of the bag (I use for handwraps and tape).

This bag is compact yet expandable. I am able to pack 16oz gloves, mma gloves, shin guards, handwraps, shorts and a towel with plenty of room. Great buy.
