OK this is a great product to have when training with boxing gloves and MMA gloves i put this on one of my students that is affraid of getting hit and this gave him the protection from not getting hurt but learning to react faster. it is made well and very comfortable this is a great product to have for anyone who in a combat sport to train with.

greeat light weight head gear that you can see out of and doesnt slide around. perfect for absorbing the blow and dispersing the impact. I'm 175 5-10 and was sparring a 260 6-4 partner full contact and the head gear made getting hit like nothing great buy!

I use the headgear in muay Thai as well as boxing after 5-6 rounds of fighting the pressure behind my ears gets to be too much. It could be because the HG is still molding to my dome but it is a big pain in the neck. The product is great and has fantastic protection. Minimal slippage while sparring and extremely breathable. Very easy to take on and off.
