Ok i live in coastal Ca, and seriously this has upped my game significantly. 30 minute at rest warm up (to get your lungs adjusted) and then go right into cardio or S&C. Only down side is i really do suggest you train with a partner for safety. Great product if your gym doesnt have a low oxygen room.

I can't say enough about the elevation mask; It will truly take your conditioning to the next level. I've been using mine inconjunction with Cross Fit and Insanity workouts, and I am able to literally fly during runs and sparring matches. Well worth the investment!

well wearing this thing while training is like doing your run while being rearnaked choked... it gets hot foggy you feel congested and the chin placement pad seems to cut in and cause mild discomfort. PLUS...to have it sealed propperly (so you dont cheat yourself)it will leave some wonderful beauty marks all the way round your face....despite the nit picking it is a solid piece of equipment i would happiluy buy again. it helps emensly with your cardio! its the best thing in your gym bag youll love to hate....

I typically use this during prolonged cardio after a training session, but I also find that it gets my lungs working if I use it during my warm-up.

There's a part inside the mask that fits over your nose and mouth to help avoid fogging and taking in excess air from the sides of the mask. Every once in a while, you'll get some fog but it clears as soon as you take another breath.

This is an awesome way to improve your cardio and endurance for virtually any sport.
