I use this bag to carry all my training equipment(gi,shin guards,gloves,sandals,towel,water jug,wraps,mouthpiece, and more. Its very useful since my main transportation is a bike. I was also really supprised with how much i can fit in just the side pockets. and another cool thing is that you can strap it around your shoulder. but to sum it up I recommend this to anyone i know its more expensive but its totally worth it!
